North Korea EMP attack could destroy U.S. — now --  Obama must take immediate action
Washington Times -- Wednesday, December 19, 2012
Any nuclear weapon detonated above an altitude of 30 kilometers will generate an electromagnetic pulse that will destroy electronics and could collapse the electric power grid and other critical infrastructures — communications, transportation, banking and finance, food and water — that sustain modern civilization and the lives of 300 million Americans. All could be destroyed by a single nuclear weapon making an EMP attack.

Severe Danger to U.S. of EMP Attack
An Electromagnetic Pulse Attack would Shut Down the Power Grid, Kill Your Car, Destroy All Electronics, and Knock Out our Nation's Defenses.

Make a Faraday Cage from Aluminum Foil

Wrap all electronics with Aluminum Foil...Microwave ovens don't protect...put your cell phone in a mirowave oven and call it...if you can hear it ring...The EMP will destroy it...Do this with any Faraday Cage you have to test it. Aluminum Foil is the best way and cheapest. Make sure it is sealed tight, any hole will destroy your electonics.

December 3, 2013 -- Dubbed “Nightwatch” by the military (and unofficially called “the Doomsday Plane”), the E-4B fleet consists of four (ONLY 4) modified Boeing 747 aircraft which are designed to keep the U.S. president and Secretary of Defense safe, airborne, and in control of U.S. military forces in the event of a nuclear conflict. All four planes are shielded to be resistant to the radiation and thermal effects of atomic weapons, as well as having electronics hardened to survive electromagnetic pulses.

EMPs: How to detect a blast that could darken the world   (RED DAWN)
FOX NEWS - January 14, 2014 –
An electro-magnetic pulse attack could destroy America’s defenses, leaving the U.S. in a technology world equivalent to the 1800s. We wouldn’t even be able to figure out who attacked us. An EMP weapon would take out electronic devices including targeting, communications, navigation and sensor systems, and it would cripple our ability to defend ourselves against
a land invasion. The more we use electronic devices, the more dependent we are on them, and the more vulnerable we are to this sort of threat….EMP blasts are a real threat: A nuclear detonation high in the atmosphere above the U.S. could create a pulse across all of North America. These weapons are attractive not just to foreign militaries, but to terrorist and criminal organizations as well. (In November, it was widely reported that North Korea was using Russian technology to develop electromagnetic pulse weapons capable of paralyzing military electronic equipment.)…personal devices like televisions and smartphones aren’t as important as America’s electrnoic grid and defense systems.

Yet, I remind readers that the Old Testament story of Joseph was written “for our learning.” (Rom. 15:4) I also remind readers that the tribulations, which American Christians keep saying can’t happen to them, have been happening to Christians throughout the world for decades. I guess God must not love those poor folks as much as He loves us fat, lazy Christians in America, huh?
… I believe that the next “big event” is going to make 9/11 look like a walk in the park by comparison. A future nuclear war with Russia or China--or both--is a definite possibility. If it happens, about a dozen large American cities, which contain strategic military targets, will be flattened--as well as our key military installations and nuclear missile silos. Woe to those of us who live within a couple hundred miles of those cities and those who live directly eastward of any of these targets.
… A prudent man foreseeth the evil, and hideth himself: but the simple pass on, and are punished.” (Proverbs 22:3; 27:12 KJV) I remind my Christian brethren: when it rains, it rains on the just and the unjust alike. (Matthew 5:45)
… During a major disaster, food will quickly disappear. Living for over three decades on the Gulf Coast, I can tell you with absolute certainty that whenever disaster strikes (usually an approaching hurricane, for those folks), food and provisions at the store completely sell out in a matter of a few hours. People panic, and within hours you cannot find food, bottled water, ice, generators, batteries, candles, etc. In a matter of hours, every gas station in the area will be completely out of gas. Not days. Hours! ...
